The F1 Rodeo Chilli is an Italian variety that produces small round fruits that ripen from dark green to red.
The peppers are sweet as well as hot and the heat intensifies as they mature. The plants are about 60-80cm tall.
They are traditionally eaten fresh or stored in olive oil and are often stuffed with anchovies.
