A very hot pepper with strong pungency that gets its name from the Scottish hat it resembles. Up to 350,000 on the scoville scale (20 seeds per pack).

Medium – Cayenne Golden x 1
A hot, pungent pepper with a heat rating of 30,000-50,000 (20 seeds per pack).

Mild – Jalapeno x 1
Jalapeno's are widely used on nachos and have a medium heat rating of 2500-10,000 and are used for 'hot pepper' eating contests in the USA (20 seeds per pack).
